2007 GB - Christmas WITH MATRIX S/A Pair (Print Date) MNH

SG2679 Christmas Santa 1st Class Self-Adhesive with INTACT MATRIX . This sale is for a vertical right bottom marginal pair containing the "Print Date" of 22/05/07 and the Sheet Number.

These differ from the standard Royal Mail issue in the fact that they have a border surround, unlike the usual self adhesive issues that peel from a shiny backing. These issues weren't for sale over the post office counter(or shouldn't have been) and so have become quite collectable. These were sent to sub-postmasters as a Christmas thank you.

Most dealers sell this stamp at a MINIMUM £1.50 for a single.
