It is important that you accept this is USED copy although it is generally still in very good condition considering it is softback. There are no pen markings that I can spot.
This is probably less useful for Machin collectors than collectors of other issues as SG changed the numbering of the "Y" and "U" Machin issues in the 2018 issue.
However, if this doesn't concern you then it is still a very valid reference tool (especially as it is essentially free).
